We all like oats are it with milk or with water but the strawberry oatmeal smoothie recipes will let you drink your oatmeal. As healthy as it is you’ll get protein, calcium, vitamin C in this drink, all in one cup!

Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie Ingredients
1 1/2 cup yogurt
2 tsp Honey
1/2 cup Cold water
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup oatmeal soaked in water
5-6 pieces Almonds
Process for the strawberry oatmeal smoothie
Step 1
Wash and cut the strawberry into small pieces. Soak the oatmeal in 1/2 cup of water.
Step 2
Peel banana and smash it with hand or spoon. Keep it aside.
Step 3
Take a blender and put yogurt, banana, strawberry, soaked oats, water, almonds, and honey in a blender.
Step 4
Put all ingredients in a mixer grinder. Blend the mixture for 2- 3 minutes. Take the strawberry oatmeal smoothie in a serving glass.
Serve your healthy strawberry oatmeal smoothie to your beloved one.

Plain Lassi

1 cup sweet yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1 cup Cold water
1/2 cup ice
Process for plain Lassi
Step 1
Put sweet yogurt, sugar, and water into the blender.
Step 2
Switch on and Blend it for 1-2 minutes. Add the ice cube and blend it again.
Step 3
Switch off the blender after 1-2 minutes.
Serve the lassi in a long glass and get appreciation from your beloved one.

1 cup sweet yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1 cup Cold water
1/2 cup ice
2 tsp caramel syrup
2 tsp cocoa powder
Process for caramel lassi
Step 1
Put sweet yogurt, sugar, water, cocoa powder, and caramel syrup into a blender.
Step 2
Switch on and blend it for 1-2 minutes. Add the ice cube and blend it again.
Step 3
Switch off the blender after 1-2 minutes.
The delicious, cool, and healthy caramel lassi is ready to serve.
