Salads are very healthy food, especially for those who wants to avoid too much oil and spices. Adding French dressing with it increases the taste of the salad. You can take it with white rice, pulao, fried rice, nan-roti, paratha. Even you can have it without anything just like a single dish. Sometimes you’d like to make your salad as a main dish on your food table. This is one of the ways of adding chicken to your salad so that it can be served with nan-roti or paratha.

Ingredients
- 1 pieces of chicken breast (boneless)
- ½ cup lettuce leaves, sliced
- ½ teaspoon white pepper powder
- ¼ cup carrot, sliced
- ¼ cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to make vegetable salad recipe
- Boil the chicken breast with ½ tsp salt. After chicken is tendered, cut into ½ inch X 2-inch slices.
- Mix with mayonnaise and white pepper to the chicken.
- Add other fresh vegetable slices (carrot and cucumber slices) to the chicken mixture.
- Then add ½ tsp salt and lemon juice and then mix well.
- Add lettuce leaves slices on top. Here is your chicken salad.
- Serve the salad in a serving dish as a side menu.
