  • 1 ½ cup cauliflower rice
  • 250gm chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon bbq sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic cloves
  • ÂĽ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup broad bean, slice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 50gm butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon nigella oil

Instructions

  1. Grate cauliflower with a vegetable grater. Cut the chicken breast piece into 2x2 inch sizes. Keep them aside. Slice the broad bean, and garlic cloves. Chopped the onion.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic cloves and onion slices to the butter. Fry until translucent. Put chicken breast and fry until the color becomes changes.
  3. Add broad bean slices and cauliflower rice to the chicken pieces. Add salt and black pepper powder. After five minutes add all sauces one by one.
