Kebab is a very favorite meat recipe. Almost everyone likes to eat hot kebabs. You can easily make different types of chicken kebab at home. Chicken, the main ingredient of chicken kebab is normally available at our homes. You just need to mix different spices to provide different tastes and give them different names.

Chicken Kabab can be prepared almost instantly, while you need to give its shape in your leisure time and preserve it in the freezer. This will allow you to quickly fry and serve to your guests and short-cut tiffin for yourself or your kids. These easy Chicken Kebabs are also liked by everyone for their taste and deliciousness. Ingredients

  • 500gm chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon green chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro paste
  • 2 teaspoon spinach paste
  • 1 teaspoon mint leaves paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon hot spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 10 pieces of bamboo skewers

How to cook

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into two inches by two inches sizes. Wash them very well and rinse them. Keep it aside. Soak the bamboo skewer for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Take a bowl and mix all ingredients (garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili paste, cilantro paste, mint paste, spinach paste, lemon juice, spice powder, and salt) very gently. If you have a Ninja blender, you can blend paste ginger, garlic, green chili, and cilantro leaves altogether and make a green paste. Use lemon juice extractor for extracting lemon juice easily.

Step 3

Add chicken pieces to the spice mixture. Apply a little oil on the skewers and arrange the pieces of chicken onto the skewers. Spread some more oil over the outer layer of chicken pieces. Prepare all the sticks in the same way.

Step 4

Grill these sticks at 180°c for 25-30 minutes in an electric oven. Turn the skewer sticks to cook evenly from all the sides after 10 minutes. Grill the kebab is until tender. Remove the kebab from the skewers and arrange it on the serving dish. Serve hot with the nun, fresh salad, and spicy green chutney.

You can cook it at an air fryer or fry it with a low beam in the burner.

How to cook BBQ Kabab

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into four inches by one-inch sizes. Wash them very well and rinse them. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add all ingredients like garlic paste, ginger paste, yogurt, oyster sauce, soya sauce, bbq sauce, paprika, spice powder, and salt. Mix it very gently. Add chicken pieces to the spice mixture.

Step 3

Apply some oil on top of the chicken pieces. Ready all the pieces like that. Grill these kebabs at 180°c for 25-30 minutes in an electric oven. Turn the kebab to cook evenly from all the sides after 10 minutes. Grill the kebab until tender. Remove the kebab from the oven rack and arrange it on the serving dish. Serve hot with French fry, cabbage, cucumber, and chutney.
