  • 100 gm carrot
  • 100 gm broad bean
  • 4 pieces green chili
  • 100 gm cauliflower
  • 100 gm red potato
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon clarified butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander slice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder

How to prepare diabetic friendly recipe mixed vegetable

Step 1

Cut carrot, cauliflower, broad bean, and potato into cube size. Wash and rinse it very well.

Take an ovenproof dish. Add oil, onion slice, turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, and 2 tbsp water. Mix all ingredients very well. Put the dish without a lid into the oven.

Set the microwave oven at high power and cook the masala for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Take out the dish after 6 minutes and add tomato paste or puree to the vegetable. Cover with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
