Goat meat, also called ‘mutton’ is a very tasty food item. Although its head does not contain lots of meat, goat head curry gives the better taste, if cooked with Indian hot spices. That’s why many people love to eat these small heads of goats. The hard cases of the heads, which contain the brain, become softer and chewable when cooked properly. These chip types of brain parts have small meat parts inside that give you an amazing taste with rice or bread. Spiced Goat Head recipe is one of my family’s favorite dish.

The cooking of goat head is similar to the cooking of other that meat items. Care must be taken while cutting and cleaning the goat heads. After removing the skin of the head carefully its pieces are to be put in the water and any part of hair remaining is to be washed away with the water. You can cook a cow head also like this process.
