Ingredients
- 1 tinned condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 piece apple
- 1 piece orange
- 10-12 pieces grapes
- 1 piece banana
- ¼ cup raisin
- 1 tablespoon custard powder
Process for coconut fruit dessert :
Step 1
Wash and cut the all fruits into same size. Dilute condensed milk with water and boil it. Add half cup normal water with custard powder and mix it very well. Wait until boil the condensed milk then add custard powder mixer to the milk. Stir it and add shredded coconut to the milk mixture.
Step 2
Stir it and boil until thick. Take out the mixture from the burner. Keep it for cooling. Add all fruits to the cool coconut mixture. Refrigerate the fresh coconut recipes ‘Coconut fruit dessert’ for cool. Serve the Coconut fruit dessert to your guest.

- 3 cups coconut milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 6 pieces egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Process
Step 1
Put coconut milk, sugar, and egg in a bowl. Put the ball on the hot water and beat all together. Add vanilla essence and shredded coconut to the mixture.
Step 2
Preheat the electric oven at 180°c for 5 minutes. Put the mixture in a mold. Put water in the baking tray. Place the mold in the baking tray. Bake the mixture at 180°c for 40-45 minutes.

Ingredients for coconut pancake
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 3 pieces egg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- ½ cup powder sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- Cream for decorating
Process
Step 1
Mix shredded coconut, sugar, and powder cardamom all together. Put the mixture in a pan and cook it until sticky. Keep it aside.
Step 2
Mix flour, baking powder, milk, egg, and salt altogether. Add water if needed.
Step 3
Put clarified butter in a pan. After the butter heats up, put a big spoon of flour mixture in the pan. Make a thin pancake. When both sides are cooked, put coconut mixture in one side of pancake and roll it. Take out the rolled pancake from the pan. - 50 gm agar agar or china grass
- 100 gm coconut milk
- 100 gm sugar
- 5 gm essence
Process
Step 1
Take out milk from the fresh coconut. You can use tinned coconut milk. Add sugar and essence to the coconut milk and boil it.
Step 2
