Do you want a fish recipe? So here is a healthy fish cake recipe for you. I am sure my fish lover’s friends will like this recipe. Fish has an excellent source of low-fat protein. Fish is loaded up with Vitamin D, Riboflavin, and Omega-3 unsaturated fat. It contains calcium and phosphorus, minerals like iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.

The American Heart Association suggests eating fish two times each week as a major aspect of a solid eating regimen. Fish is stuffed with protein, nutrients, and supplements that can bring down pulse and it helps to reduce the risk of coronary failure or stroke.

You can eat fish in different ways like curry, fry, baked, or cake. If you don’t like fry fish, you can bake this. If you don’t like curry you can make a cake with it. The choice is yours’.

How to prepare a fish cake recipe

Boneless fish is perfect for this recipe. If you don’t have boneless fish, you can use carp fish. Boil the fish with lemon juice. Take out all bones from fish. We need bread for binding. The bread must be fresh because old bread becomes hard. Chopped the bread. Mix bread, fish, egg, black pepper powder, milk, tomato sauce, green chili, onion sliced, salt, and one tablespoon butter smoothly. Grease butter in a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 f. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown. Take out the cake and slice after cooling.
