Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled chow mein
- 1 cup cauliflower
- ½ cup broccoli
- ½ cup carrot
- ¼ cup button mushroom
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic slice
- 50gm butter
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon coriander slice
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower florets and broccoli florets into the same sizes. Size the carrot into cubic sizes. Cut the button mushroom into 4 pieces. Chopped onion, garlic, and cilantro. Now time to steam and sauté the vegetables.
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, and carrots. Boil them until fork tender.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic slice and onion to the butter and stir them. Don’t burn them just fry until translucent. Add button mushroom pieces to the onion-garlic fries. Stir for frying the mushroom. Add all vegetables after 2 minutes. Stir fry all vegetables.
- Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, and chili sauce to the vegetables. Coat with the vegetables.
- Meanwhile, Boil Chow Mein for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and mix with 1 tablespoon oil to the chow mein so that they can prevent sticking with each other.
- Add chow mein to the vegetables and stir-fry. Add tomato sauce to the chow mein and keep it on a plate.
