Easy Cabbage Recipes Cabbage Pakora

Ingredients for easy cabbage recipes cabbage pakora

  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup potato, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon green chili, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon chickpea powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 4 teaspoon coriander, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Process

  • Slice the potato with a vegetable cutter.
  • Wash shredded cabbage and sliced potato.  Rinse very well.
  • Put cabbage slice, potato slice, onion slice, chili slice, coriander slice, chickpea powder, ginger paste, baking powder, salt, and flour in a large bowl.
  • Add egg to the cabbage and potato mixture.
  • Mix them very well. Rest it for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick deep pan over medium heat.
  • Put 1 tbsp of cabbage mixture into the hot oil. Put as much as you can.
  • Fry all pakodas like this way until golden brown.
  • Transfer all the cabbage pakoda on a paper lined tray so that extra oil can be absorbed.
  • Cabbage pakodas are ready to serve.
  • Serve the pakoda with sauce as a snack.

Cabbage recipes Cabbage with Prawn

Ingredients for cabbage with prawn

  • ½ cup (100g) prawn, small size
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon green chili, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Process

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add prawn after 1 minute and cook for 1 minute.
  • Then add cabbage, green chili, black pepper and salt and cook at high heat for 8 minutes.
  • Add tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Drained the cooked cabbage with prawn to a serving dish and then add cilantro slices.
  • Cabbage with prawn is ready to serve.
  • Serve the easy cabbage recipes cabbage with prawn with bread, or rice or paratha.

Ingredients for cabbage and potato fry

  • ½ kg cabbage, thin sliced
  • 250g potatoes, thin sliced
  • 1 onion, thin sliced
  • 1 tablespoon green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Cabbage fry

Process

  • Wash cabbage and potato and rinse very well.
  • Heat the cooking pan over the burner with medium heat.
  • Add olive oil and then add onion, green chili, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • Then add cabbage and potato, when the oil and spices are hot enough.
  • Stir on medium heat and cover with a lid. After 5 minutes, stir again.
  • When water dries up and drops of mildew deposit over the vegetable the fry is ready.
  • Put on a serving dish. Your favorite cabbage and potato fry is ready to eat.
  • Serve the easy cabbage recipes with tortilla or bread or paratha or rice.
