I think there are very few people who do not like cake. It is unimaginable to have a party without cake. However, we always try to make a new type of cake and of course a delicious cake. If so, I would instantly suggest you go for a cheesecake. It is a very delicious cake and would be liked by everyone. By the way, cheesecake is the most favorite cake for my children. So, I had to make this cake during the recent EID festival. Although, on the EID day there were many other different dishes, the cake was finished before all other items by my kids along with their friends.

Cream cheese is the main ingredient for cheesecake, which is a bit costly. And, if you have fresh cream and whipped cream, you can make two variants of cheesecake: one is the baked cheesecake and the other is the no-bake cheesecake. I am going to describe these 2 types of cheesecake.

You can use fresh cream which is available on the market. You can also use homemade fresh cream from the thick layer that is deposited on top of the milk after a long time boiling at low heat. Or, instead of fresh cream, you can use whipped cream as well. Instruction for making whipped cream is available in its packet.
