Ingredients
- 200 grams fettuccine
- 400 milliliter evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon herbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- ¼ cup mushroom slice
- 1 teaspoon garlic slice
- 4 teaspoons onion slice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Slice garlic, onion, mushroom, and chicken sausage with a sharp knife. Keep them aside.
- Heat the water with oil and salt. Wait until boil and add fettuccine to the boiling water. Strain the water after 5-6 minutes. Keep it aside.
- Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp butter to the pan. Put garlic slice and fry it until brown and the aroma will come. Then add sliced onion to the garlic and stir it. Fry for one to two minutes. Add thyme, basil, salt, and black pepper powder to the onion and garlic slice. Stir all ingredients gently. Add mushroom and stir gently and fry for two minutes. Then add chicken sausage and fry until cooked. Add evaporated milk to the mixture and mix gently.
