Indian style of cooking of chicken has different varieties. Spicy chicken cabbage recipes are the art of modern-day chefs. Although it uses less of meat and more of cabbage, yet gives the taste and flavor of hot spicy chicken curry that one likes to take again and again. In these days many people try to avoid more meat to get rid of extra weight. This is one of those dishes you can eat more of chicken curry, while the meat content will be insignificant.

We can cook many dishes with chicken and cabbage. There are so many cabbage recipes, here I described two chicken cabbage recipes. One is curry and another is a salad. Hope all of you like these recipes.

Spicy chicken cabbage recipes

Ingredients

  • 500 gm chicken, breast
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 gm cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Process

Step 1

Cut chicken breast into thin medium slices and clean properly. And cut cabbage into thin sizes.

Step 2

Heat oil in the non-stick cooking pan. Add onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt to the oil. After 2 minutes put chicken pieces and add ½ cup hot water. After dry up all water then add cabbage slice. Cover with a lid.

Step 3

After 5 minutes, add corn flour (mix corn flour with water before). Add black pepper and sugar. Put the curry in a dish when no excess water remains in the pan.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm chicken, breast
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 100 gm cashew nut
  • 1 tablespoon onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon green chili, sliced
  • ½ cup cabbage, sliced
  • 1 piece egg
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Process

Step 1

Cut the chicken pieces into long and thin size, like 2-inch x ½ inch size. Wash and rinse it very well.

Step 2

Mix cornflour, soya sauce, lemon juice, salt, and egg to the chicken slices. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Fry cashew nut until golden brown and keep the cashew nut on a paper-lined tray.

Step 3

Fry all chicken pieces until golden brown. Take out the chicken pieces from the oil on a paper-lined tray so that extra oil can absorb. Add cashew nut, cabbage sliced, salt, green chili sliced, onion sliced, white pepper powder, cilantro slice, and tomato sauce to the chicken pieces.

Step 4

Chicken cabbage recipes salad is ready to serve. Serve the salad Grilled chicken or any kind of biryani.
