Separate florets from cauliflower head. Wash and make them
dry with a kitchen towel. Add the sunflower oil, pepper powder, and salt to the
florets. Place them into an air fryer basket. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated air fryer.
Cut onion into small diced. Cut hard-boiled egg into medium
dice.
In a deep small ball, whisk yogurt (thick yogurt), mustard
sauce, salt, honey, garlic powder, and pepper.
Add baked cauliflower florets, sliced cilantro, onion slice,
and sliced eggs to the salad dressing. Toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and
keep in refrigerator for chilling before serving.
