Beef is the most popular animal meat among people all over the world except people from a certain religion. Its special taste and flavor attract people for enjoying it in different types of recipes and different forms of cooking. The Beef chili recipes are a classical type of beef dish, which is served as a main dish with rice, polaw, tortilla or roti (Chapati), Parata, or bread. It can be cooked in two different methods. Both are tasty and delicious. Try these recipes and hope your family and friends will like these.

Beef chili

We can cook beef chili in different ways. Usually, beef is used for this recipe but here I used beef mince. I followed the recipe from our beloved Cooking Master Siddika Kabir in my own way. This is a great recipe for tortillas or noodles.

Ingredients for beef chili

  • 250g beef mince
  • 100 g onion, sliced
  • 50g garlic, sliced
  • 100 g tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2g bay leaves
  • 5g dry red chili
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Process

  • Heat oil in a pan (I prefer to use a non-stick pan for cooking ) over medium heat.
  • Add beef mince and add all ingredients to the beef mince.
  • Boil the meat and cook over medium heat until dry.
  • Turn off the burner. Beef chili recipes are ready to serve.
  • Serve the meat with boiled noodles or tortilla.

This recipe is different than other beef recipes. Here I didn’t use any powder or paste ingredients. It is a paleo recipe. Beef chili with cut masala is a very delicious and tasty beef recipe.

Ingredients for beef chili with cut masala

  • 1kg beef
  • 100g ginger, sliced
  • 250g onion, sliced
  • 100g garlic, sliced
  • 100g tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon red chili, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 2 g bay leaves
  • 6-7 cinnamon sticks
  • 6-7 cardamoms
  • 10-12 green chilies
  • 6-7 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Process

  • Cut the meat into medium size. Wash and clean beef, and drain out water.
  • Mix all ingredients with the beef.
  • Heat a medium-size non-stick pan on the burner over medium heat.
  • Put the beef mixed with all ingredients except green chilies.
  • Cover with a lead and cook over low heat until the beef is tendered. Or you can use a crockpot for this recipe.
  • Add green chilies before turn off the burner.
  • Turn off the burner. Keep it with lid for 10 minutes.
  • Beef chili with cut masala is ready to serve.
  • Serve the meat with boiled noodles or rice or pulao or tortilla.
