Step 1

Mix flour, cornflour, baking powder, and salt altogether. Add water slowly to the mixture and make a batter.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter and fry until golden brown. Take it out and keep it on a kitchen towel aside. Cut tomato into 4 pieces. Fry the tomato pieces over medium heat. Take out the tomato from the oil and put the tomato pieces into the rest of marinated ingredients. Add Ajinomoto, soya sauce, and salt to the mixture.
