I have been relieved by the Airfryer that has significantly reduced the oil in the food. That’s why I want to share my best airfryer recipes with my friends and family.

Now we are very much conscious about our healthy life and healthy food. Everyone wants to eat healthy food as well as tasty and fast food. My kids love to eat homemade fast food. Among the different types of fast food, they love French fries and potato wedges, chicken fry, and many other fried foods. Almost every day I need to cook at least one of these fried foods for them. Previously I have been frying these foods using a burner, fry pan, and deep fryer. By that, I become scared by the amount of oil they consumed with these fried foods. So I was thinking about how I can prepare these tasty foods using less oil. Because if you want crispy French fries then you need more oil.

For a long time since we wanted to eat any fried item, we have used fry pans, burners, and deep fryers. These are the means of frying your favorite foods, which soak a lot of oil while frying. These oils go into our stomach with the fried food and then we suffer from valley burning,  gastric, cholesterol problems, etc.   Thanks to my airfryer that has solved all these problems and now I can fry all those foods using just a brush or sprinkle of oil over food.

Step 1

Peel the potatoes with a peeler and cut them into long strips or your desired size with a French fries cutter. Try to take a non-starch potato for French fries. Soak the potato strips in the water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the potato strips from the water and dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Coat the potato strips with oil and salt. Here I used peanut oil for making it healthier.  Put the fries into the airfryer basket. Set the airfryer at 180⁰c for 15 minutes. Shake the basket after 7 minutes, so that all potatoes can fry evenly.  After 15 minutes you will hear a beep. That will indicate to you that your tasty and favorite French fries are ready.

Step 3

Take out the fries from your airfryer and serve the fries with your homemade tomato sauce. Your 100% healthy food is ready for your beloved family members. Enjoy your fast food!
